Is malformed deep within the bowl regions. Instead of the normal cylinderal shape the Anomaly-Pile-Driver comes out looking more like a Small-Sack-0f-Spuds, if you can get it out that is. It's not unusual for the poor Sod trying to pass one of these unbelievable things to just give up.
And it's an uncommonly known fact... but the rectum is memory-retentive and will often flatly refuse to function when faced with the daunting task of passing an Anomaly-Pile-Driver for the second time. In this case there is no bliss in naivete, and those who know, know what I'm talking about...
